Tour Stop 36 - Map Brewing Company - 9/16/2017
9/16/2017 Map Brewing Co, 510 Manley Rd, Bozeman, MT 59715 phone: 406-587-4070
website: www.MapBrewing.com Well we took Matt the Powder Hound's advice and drove over to Map Brewing Co. and the first thing we saw were the mountains.......the beautiful mountains. So after we parked the car we rushed over to take a picture right next to an awe struck employee also taking a picture and she said these mountain views never get old.
Once inside the brewery it was hard to find a table let alone a bar stool. It was lunch time and the place was Hoppin! Finally a table opened up and we jumped on it and bing bang boom....the Hoppin Brewery Tour strikes again. Map Brewing has a large space with a high raftered ceiling and a floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace, which is the focal point. Also, there's a combination of long high tops, booths and stand alone tables and a beautiful U-shaped 30 foot bar and all this is filled with folks drinking craft beer, eating food, laughing, smiling and basically having an all around good time. There are kiddos, a couple dogs and right in the middle there's Kat and I perusing the beer and food menu....very cool place!
I subscribe to the vast importances of integrity and honesty in all my dealings. So I must confess that the Map Brewery Co. is my first Hoppin Brewery Tour stop where I actually didn't have a beer.....OMGBG (oh my gosh by golly)!! I know, say it ain't so. Well it is true but I can say with true Hoppin Brewery Tour confidence that this place has some refined, well thought out magical brews! For example when you're here try the Ridge Hippie Kolsch - Silver Medal / NABA (North American Brewers Association) 2017 (5.3%), Sticke Shift - German Alt Amber - Gold Medal / NABA 2016 (5.6%), Mr. Miyagi - American Pale Ale (6%) or climb up on Steep Terrain - Double IPA - Bronze Medal / NABA 2016 (8.5%). Now I got a tell ya from the good positive vibes that are present here in mass quantities I don't think you can go wrong.
At Map the mission is simple: Craft and drink great beer. Through hard work, enthusiasm and passion we hope to enhance your journey. Map Brewing Company.....brewed to explore.
Until next time and remember.........
Go get'cha one!!
